STEM Instructor

We are looking for passionate STEM Instructors to join our mission of equipping young innovators with AI, robotics, and STEM skills. As a STEM Instructor, you will conduct interactive online and in-person training sessions, create engaging lesson plans, and mentor students in solving real-world problems through technology. This role requires a strong background in STEM education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring the next generation. With three online sessions per week, you will play a key role in fostering a love for technology and innovation among students, helping bridge the digital skills gap in underserved communities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive STEM classes (online and in-person) focused on AI, robotics, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, hands-on activities, and real-world projects.
• Inspire and mentor students by providing guidance, feedback, and support in their learning journey.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Collaborate with the NaiAiLab team to improve curriculum and teaching materials.
• Promote creativity, problem-solving, and innovation among students.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• Background in STEM fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in STEM subjects.
• Strong knowledge of AI, robotics, coding, or related emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for education, youth empowerment, and bridging the technology gap.
• Ability to engage students and foster a hands-on, collaborative learning environment.
• Prior experience in curriculum development or teaching online is a plus.
